The RWISOA executive board is pleased to announce that Victoria Catanzaro has been appointed as the director of women’s programs for the chapter. Victoria will serve as our chapter liaison to NISOA in our efforts to recruit, retain, and support top notch female referees. She will also work alongside the membership, and recruitment teams.
The RWISOA executive board released a statement saying “We would like to thank Victoria for taking on this new, and exciting role in the chapter. This initiative is a few years in the making, and we are excited to get it off the ground. With more than half of all college soccer games being women’s games, this is a very important added committee. We know Victoria will do great things.”
Last week, members of the executive board met with Adrianna at NISOA and Victoria to chat about different ideas and initiatives. It was a very successful meeting, and we thank NISOA for supporting us!
